Owner Leesa Paalman
Leesa Paalman graduated from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, in 2008 with her bachelor's degree. She then started working at Cord-Sets Inc. in inside sales. She worked her way up in the company in various sales and account management positions until 2022. She started her outside sales position in 2023, representing manufacturing companies that serve the electrical and electronics manufacturing industries. She has over 15 years of electronic industrial experience.
Leesa has experience working with vendors and customers worldwide, specifically the Asian market. She has traveled “tremendously” around Asia to find and audit electronic manufacturers and suppliers. She is a Green Belt in Six Sigma and has extensive knowledge of VMI programs and lean manufacturing. Leesa received her MBA from Hamline University in 2020 in Sales and Marketing Management.
Leesa’s many years in the electronic manufacturing industry help serve her customers by allowing them the opportunity to learn what is new industry-wide. Having customers in a wide variety of industries allows her to bring new ideas to all the customers she serves. She holds the highest standards from vendors to give her customers unbeatable service and products.
